Test Centre
Our test centre is equipped with testing systems covering a full range of pipe sizes from DN20 to DN350. We conduct comprehensive performance tests including flow rate, head, efficiency, cavitation, vibration, noise and so on.
Surface Coating
Terrawell equipped with self-owned electrophoresis & powder coating lines, immaculate pump surfaces with reliable anti-rust and chlorine-resistant performance.
Aluminum Formtech
Terrawell aluminum die casting for motor housings, pump housings, terminal boxes, end covers and more – full in-house casting, machining & finishing.
Plastic Formtech
Our injection moulding workshop is equipped with advanced injection moulding machines, producing a wide range of plastic components for pumps, including plastic pump body, drain-lift pumps, terminal boxes, fan covers, conduits, fan blades, and more.
Shaft
In-house shaft machining: CNC turning, milling, grinding – ensures precision, concentricity, and surface finish.
Stamping
The stamping workshop is where motor production begins at TERRAWELL. Equipped with high-speed presses, precision feeders, and progressive stamping lines, we produce silicon steel laminations for motor stators and rotors.
Rotor
At the heart of every pump lies the rotor. Ours are engineered for perfect concentricity, dynamic balance, and precision fit – with proven reliability that ensures quieter, more efficient, and longer‑lasting motor life.
Motor
From a tiny 0.1 kW circulator motor to a heavy‑duty 315 kW industrial motor – we make them all ourselves.
Winding
Fully automated winding & robotic insertion for motor stators – covering winding, insertion, forming, and tying. Servo‑controlled precision ensures accurate copper placement with high efficiency and consistency.
Assembly
Final assembly lines – precision assembly of bearings, seals, impellers, and more. Every pump is 100% tested before delivery.
Casting
Our casting workshop handles the production of key metal components, including pump bodies, motor housings, and various structural parts.
